No I am not talking to you, though I am if you are just like me. Constant mind buzzing, not able to sit still and most of all not really being able to relax. permanently thinking about the next thing then moments later delving back and reliving the past. Worrying about stuff that may not happen, Worrying about stuff that has to get done then adding to the stuff just to make sure your stress adrenaline keeps topped up nicely.
Though in the good news I was reading this week that being mildly stressed is actually good for you and may well help you have a longer life. I am not banking on this mind but it is good news for us that never seem to relax then stress about not relaxing because relaxing is good for you!!!! Phew, I think but I will worry about this later.
In fairness I sadly head to bed early in order to shut off for a bit. Does it work, well honestly not really. I seem to be reading things in bed to help me with my business or help me with myself, you know sort out the stuff I am writing about right now. Gone are the days that I immerse myself in a chick flick, I have one waiting it is just the buzz in my head just not letting me enjoy it.
I know I have always been a worrier, a stresser a not good at sitting stiller, that is me it is in the genes, right?!!! I love typing here, because right at this moment all I am thinking about is what I am doing. How possibly I can make you smile because you are either thinking poor her or that is me. The fact if you are thinking that is me, is right now making you feel a whole lot better because it isn’t just you it is me as well. So that is all good though let us share the fact we are not alone in this but not our worries and stresses because you and I don’t need anymore to think about do we?
Now my next worry is what photo to put here to put some colour on the page. Okay so writing this was not stress free after all but it was close
